Also, in Limenaria you will find the well-known \"Palataki\", which used to house the headquarters of the mining company, Speidel. The port of Limenas is connected to the port of Keramoti, with ferry boats departing every half hour approximately during the summer season. In Thassos there is a second port in Skala Prinou, which is connected to Kavala. On this line the ships depart every two hours approximately during the summer season.
